1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QRZ India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations governing Amateur Radio in India (as defined by the WPC Wing, Department of Telecommunications).

2. Membership & Verification

QRZ India is a community for licensed Amateur Radio operators. To access premium features like the Marketplace or Profile Editing, you must provide a valid callsign and, upon request, proof of your WPC license. Accounts found using fraudulent callsigns will be terminated immediately.

3. User Conduct

As a platform built for the "gentleman's hobby," we expect all members to maintain a high standard of conduct. You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other ham operators.
• Post fraudulent equipment listings in the Marketplace.
• Use automated scripts to scrape operator data from our directory.
• Share copyrighted technical materials or exam questions in violation of local laws.

4. Data Accuracy

While we sync data with global repositories and allow user updates, we do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of all listings. Users are responsible for maintaining their own profile information.

5. Limitation of Liability

QRZ India is provided "as is." We are not responsible for transactions made in the Marketplace or for the accuracy of technical advice shared within the community forums.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
